The campaign, which will distribute 200 consumer cards worth 50 euros each, represents a total investment of 10,000 euros.<\/p><p>The CEO of Sodepal and Economic Promotion, Miriam Perestelo, explained that \"with 'Compra Happy' we want not only to boost the local economy during the summer, but also to offer an economic respite to the families of the island in view of the return to school\".<\/p><p>This campaign, which previously took place in the last quarter of the year under the name 'Happy November', has been moved to a new date to better coordinate promotional activities with the initiatives of local administrations and business associations\".<\/p><p>The Councillor also highlighted the importance of this promotional action, stating that \"we have demonstrated during this process of economic and commercial recovery of the Island that initiatives such as this are more than effective. The public understands the need to collaborate with the business fabric in order to move forward together, while also benefiting from economic advantages and gifts with their purchases\".<\/p><p>The Councillor for Commerce of the Los Llanos de Aridane Town Council, Ver\u00f3nica Gonz\u00e1lez, also underlined the importance of the campaign for the local economy and the wellbeing of families in Los Llanos de Aridane. Gonz\u00e1lez indicated that \"the extensive network of commercial establishments on our island will benefit, providing a significant economic boost and reinforcing the image of local commerce\".<\/p><p>The campaign will be backed by a powerful communication initiative, with almost 2,000 posters distributed all over the island and with the support and collaboration of various associations and federations.<\/p><p>Compra Happy' will be in force from 15 July to 15 August and its main objective is to encourage shopping in local shops in the 14 municipalities of La Palma. Consumers will be able to register their purchases, services or consumption on the Sodepal website (<a href=\"https:\/\/sodepal.es\/en\/compra-happy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/sodepal.es\/compra-happy<\/a> ) to be eligible for the 200 consumer cards.
