Since the AstroFest La Palma 2024 was presented in June, the activities have not stopped. Events of all kinds, talks, workshops, astronomical observations, monologues, musical performances... all of them linked to the dissemination of astronomy and the promotion of astro-tourism on the island of La Palma.

This week we will have several activities:

• From 22 to 24 October: Jocelyn Bell, Doctor in Astrophysics, discoverer of the first Pulsar and great advocate of equality in Science, will visit La Palma and will be presented with a replica of the Star that will bear her name in the "Paseo de las Estrellas de la Ciencia". On Thursday, from 18:00 h., a series of public talks will be held.
• 25 October: From 20:00 h., the show "Monologues among the Stars" by the comedian Petite Lorena and the astrophysicist Irene Puerto.
• 26 October: "Turn off the light, turn on the stars", a musical and skywatching event in which an entire municipality, El Paso, will turn off its lights.
