Develop, design and produce digital accompaniment through digital agents or specialised companies in a personalised and tutored, simple and effective way.
A pilot sample of 30 retail companies will be selected, where their participation will be based on their degree of digitisation.
Steps to be taken:
- If selected, an assessment and diagnosis will be carried out with the company and a decision will be made on the action that best meets its needs.
- The second part will be the implementation of this tutored and accompanied training in digitisation, where practical solutions are developed and the competitiveness of local businesses is improved.
