An opportunity to diversify the gastronomic tourism offer
The 3rd Slow Taste Enogastronomic Destinations Conference will allow us to diversify the gastronomic tourism offer and attract new profiles of national and international visitors interested in our gastronomy, culture and landscape in the most respectful way with the local communities.
This meeting is set to become a forum for dialogue, learning and connection between destinations, companies and institutions. Under the umbrella of the National Gastronomic Tourism Plan, this conference aims to multiply the positive impact of enogastronomy on local development, employment and the identity of the territories.
