The Cabildo invites local establishments to be protagonists in the campaign 'Your business can be the protagonist this Christmas'.

The initiative aims to promote consumption in the island's establishments and strengthen shopping at this time of year.

The Cabildo de La Palma, through the Department of Economic Promotion and Commerce directed by Miriam Perestelo, invites the island's establishments to participate in the campaign "Tu comercio puede ser protagonista esta Navidad", an initiative of the La Palma Corporation that will consist of recording a series of videos with the people of the establishments as the centre of the campaign.

Miriam Perestelo points out that this action follows the Cabildo's roadmap aimed at supporting local businesses and promoting consumption in them throughout the year, but especially at this key time of year when sales increase. "With this campaign we are putting the people who serve us in our shops, who we know and who know us, at the centre, with the aim of making our shops more visible and strengthening their connection with residents and visitors," she explains.

Through this campaign, the Cabildo is encouraging businesses to register their establishments to receive all the information on how to form part of small island videos. "This is a unique opportunity to showcase your business, publicise your products and services and strengthen your relationship with customers at a key time for economic activity," said the Councillor for Economic Promotion and Trade.

This action highlights the importance of consumption at Christmas in local shops, support for small and medium-sized establishments and reminds us that this time of year is a special time to share, collaborate and support proximity.

Interested businesses can register through the link provided by the Cabildo de La Palma. https://comerciolapalma.com/campana-de-navidad-2025/  and will receive all the details on how to participate in the video recording. The deadline for registration is Tuesday, 2 December at 14:00, and there will be a maximum of 120 companies.
