Talent Camp La Palma is an initiative of the Sociedad de Promoción y Desarrollo Económico y Social de La Palma - SODEPAL, in the framework of the project ".TALENT CAMP"under the brand name La Palma, an island of opportunitiesfinanced by the Cabildo Insular de La Palma.

Undoubtedly, the island of La Palma has become an ideal environment for entrepreneurship, offering a unique and ideal space for our young people to see La Palma as an island of opportunities. This is precisely the aim of the TALENT CAMP LA PALMA, to create an ecosystem of creativity and innovation, oriented towards the generation of business models, to encourage the attraction of talent to our island.

Talent Camp La Palma seeks to merge experiences with different professionals and dynamising agents that together with the development of an agile methodology as a key tool, we are committed to the personal and professional development of the participants together with social, cultural or economic reasons that lead us to choose La Palma as a destination to live, invest or work.
