The Bono Bonito of the Cabildo can now be purchased to boost the commercial fabric during these dates.

People who consume in the participating establishments will receive a voucher of 10 euros, which will be complemented by the same amount contributed by each user.

The Department of Economic Promotion and Commerce of the Cabildo de La Palma, directed by Miriam Perestelo, has already launched the purchase of the Bono Bonito, a special Christmas edition, with which the island's commercial fabric can be boosted during this time of year.

The initiative, which has the collaboration of the Federation of Urban Areas of the Canary Islands (FAUCA), will allow a total of 700,000 euros to be invested in the economic and commercial fabric of the Island and people who consume in the participating establishments will be able to buy these vouchers from this Friday, 27 December, at 12:00 noon.

A total of 300 companies on the island have already registered to take part in the campaign. Companies can still register to participate in this initiative through the website https://www.bonobonito.com/ and vouchers can be purchased until 31 January or while stocks last.

Miriam Perestelo highlights the good reception of this special edition of the programme, which aims to continue supporting local consumption, backing the island's businesses and encouraging residents and visitors to do their Christmas shopping in La Palma, "where we have a wide offer and where our businesses are an essential part of our economic and social development", says the councillor.

In this new edition of the Bono Bonito, each person who consumes in the island's establishments can purchase up to a maximum of 10 vouchers, the price of each voucher being 10 euros with an extra contribution of another 10 euros from the Cabildo de La Palma, making the total value of the voucher 20 euros.

It is worth remembering that the Island Corporation has invested 350,000 euros in this initiative, an amount to which a further 350,000 euros will be added with the purchases of the people who consume in these businesses and which will have a direct impact on the Island's commercial fabric.
