The Councillor for Economic Promotion and Trade of the Cabildo and CEO of Sodepal, Miriam Perestelo, explains that this fair seeks to consolidate itself as a strategic tool for small and medium-sized businesses on the island, favouring the liquidation of stocks, product rotation and storage optimisation, while boosting business liquidity to face new seasons.
The Mayor of Breña Alta, Jonathan Felipe, stresses the importance of hosting this event for the municipality, which makes the municipality continue to become an opportunity for the island of La Palma and is positioned as strategic to promote and boost the commercial and business sector of Breña Alta and the island. "Los Álamos Park will become the main stage for commerce and local talent and will attract the attention and visits of residents and visitors, which is essential for our municipality", he emphasises.
Participating companies will have the opportunity to promote their activity, sell products in liquidation and connect with a larger number of customers. The fair will be complemented with activities and entertainment aimed both at facilitating the shopping experience and encouraging public participation.
Furthermore, access and participation will be free of charge for exhibiting companies, which will have equipped stands and common services, reinforcing the inclusive and dynamic nature of the initiative.
The event has the direct involvement and collaboration of the Town Council of the village of Breña Alta and the collaboration of a wide range of associations and businesses.
"This network of public-private cooperation makes the Feria de Saldos an instrument of commercial and social dynamisation, capable of strengthening the business fabric, attracting visitors and highlighting the efforts of Palma's shopkeepers", said the councillor.
The event will begin on 3 October and will run from 17:00 to 21:00 in the Plaza de Los Álamos. On the 4th it will be open from 10:00 to 21:00 and on the last day, the 5th of October, from 10:00 to 18:00.
