The aim is to promote the talent of 25 young people from the Islands by encouraging their creativity and entrepreneurship.
The Cabildo de La Palma, through the public company Sodepal, starts in San Andrés y Sauces a new edition of the Talent Camp, which is developed within the framework of the project Campamento de Talentos, under the brand 'La Palma, an island of opportunities' and which allows the promotion of the interests of 25 young people of the island.
The CEO of Sodepal, Miriam Perestelo, stresses that the event will deploy a series of activities designed to maximise the talent and skills of the attendees through creativity, teamwork and the 'Learning by Doing' methodology.
The event involves 25 young people, divided into five teams. This structure aims to foster a collaborative and intensive learning environment, where each team member will be able to contribute and develop their skills to the fullest.
They will be advised by a group of mentors specialised in key areas such as communication, digital marketing, entrepreneurship and business strategy, who will advise these young people between the ages of 18 and 35.
Mirian Perestelo emphasises that this edition of the Talent Camp is shaping up to be a unique opportunity for the Island's young talents, offering a space where they can develop their skills and knowledge in a real and collaborative environment.
At the same time, he notes, local businesses will benefit from new ideas and strategies that will help them improve their competitiveness in the digital marketplace.
The collaboration of the San Andrés y Sauces Town Council, the ACE Business Association of the municipality, as well as local businesses, speakers, collaborators and ambassadors of the event has been important in the celebration of this event.
