The Comedy Festival 'Desaquellados' confirms Eva Hache's performance on 28 June in Puerto de Naos

The actress, comedian and presenter from Segovia is the first artist to be confirmed for an event that will run from 22 to 28 June.

The Cabildo de La Palma, through the public company Sodepal, is organising the Desaquellados comedy festival, which will feature a line-up of top local and national artists, with the presence of the Segovian comedian and actress Eva Hache already confirmed.

The main stage of the event will be located in Puerto de Naos and will host performances on 26, 27 and 28 June. New artists who will complete the line-up of the first edition will be announced in the near future.

The Councillor for Economic Promotion and CEO of Sodepal, Miriam Perestelo, says that Desaquellados "is born with the ambition of being a festival of reference, fusing the ingenuity of La Palma with the national talent of comedy". The show has the vision and knowledge of local comedian Petite Lorena, which guarantees a unique show.

"The idea is to offer a show where spectators can escape from their daily problems through laughter and fun", says Miriam Perestelo, who points out that "we are convinced that 'Desaquellados' will become a meeting point for humour in the Canary Islands, with figures of the stature of Eva Hache guaranteeing the success of this first edition".

Comedy Academy

One of the great novelties of this edition is the launch of the Comedy Academy. A pioneering format where nationally renowned comedians will live for several days with promising local comedy talents, exploring together the island, its people and customs, in a creative exchange that promises new humorous perspectives.

Desaquellados' is presented as a show that celebrates and approaches the culture of La Palma from a humorous perspective, making reference to our traditions, singularities and popular expressions. It is a living manifestation of the wit and character of La Palma, standing out for its verbal wit, its link with everyday life and its capacity to generate collective self-reflection through laughter.

The Cabildo Insular de La Palma invites all citizens not to miss this festival, which promises to be a unique and memorable experience. Tickets for the show will be available for purchase soon, and new artists will be announced in the near future.
