On Saturday 26 October El Paso will celebrate, in the Plaza Francisca de Gazmira and from 20:00 h., the event that has been called "Turn off the light and turn on the stars". A way to vindicate the defence of our sky.
The event "Music for the Stars" will be performed by the Municipal Bands of El Paso and Los Llanos de Aridane. In addition to the presentation of the video clip "Ritual de Estrellas" by the group Buenavá.
Then, from 22:00 to 23:00, the public lights will be switched off throughout the municipality. At this time, participants will be able to enjoy an astronomical observation with the naked eye and telescopes, thanks to the participation of astronomy guides and monitors.
