Madrid Fusion Food from Spain will return to Ifema on 29, 30 and 31 January 2024 to celebrate its 22nd edition.
This year's theme will be Where it all begins / Where it all begins.
For the past two decades, Madrid Fusión has been the starting point, the place where culinary excellence originates and begins. The epicentre where emerging talent, knowledge and innovation meet.
To celebrate more than two decades of Madrid Fusión together, on Monday evening, 29 January, the organisers are also preparing an exclusive party to bring together the great family of cuisine.
Among the twenty or so international chefs already confirmed are the French Alexandre Mazziathe Swiss Andreas Caminadathe Dane Nicolai Nørregaardthe Korean Junghyun Parkthe Japanese Yasuhiro Tomari and the Argentinian Gonzalo Aramburutogether with great Spanish chefs such as Dabiz Muñoz, Joan Roca o Andoni Aduriz.
