The event will take place on 1 and 2 June in La Laguna, Tenerife.

The Cabildo de La Palma, through the public company Sodepal and the brand La Palma Artesanía, is participating in the 11th edition of the Market Place - Nueva Atalaya, which will take place on the 1st of June, from 11:00 to 21:00, and the 2nd of June from 11:00 to 20:00, in La Laguna, Tenerife.

The CEO of Sodepal, Miriam Perestelo, stresses the importance of this participation, as the main objective of the La Palma Artesanía project is to promote our brand and the talent of our artisans outside the island.

"The participation in the Market Place - Nueva Atalaya provides us with an excellent platform to showcase our craftsmanship and share synergies in a networking environment with more than 45 Canarian brands," he adds.

The La Palma Artesanía stand will feature a macramé craftswoman, Maira Riverol, who will give a live demonstration of her craft. The space will showcase the various collections and the talent of the craftsmen and craftswomen of La Palma, ensuring a prominent presence at the event.

For his part, the Councillor for Crafts, Pablo Díaz Cobiella, remarked on the enthusiasm of bringing the work of our artisans to a wider public and contributing to the recognition of the talent of La Palma in events of this magnitude. "We invite everyone to visit us and discover the richness of our craftsmanship", he said.
