The race will be broadcasted live through a new and modern streaming system with a high level media deployment and special programming on Radio Televisión Canaria.
Transvulcania adidas TERREX will once again be present on the five continents in the fifteenth edition that is being held this week. The race will reach thousands of homes around the world through a new and updated streaming that will have an unprecedented technical and human deployment.
The organisers of the event, not content with being one of the best mountain races in the world, have also accepted the challenge of taking the development of a race to all corners of the planet, a race that will have numerous additions beyond the sporting attractions.
The race on the Isla Bonita will be present on Thursday, May 8th (from 4.45pm) to broadcast the Vertical Climb which will kick off the sporting activity (which can also be followed through the Transvulcania channels on Facebook and Youtube) and will be repeated on Saturday (May 10th) from 5.45am with the start of the Ultra Marathon and until the end of the race.
The streaming broadcast, with commentary and narration in Spanish and English, will feature up to six different drone positions, cameras installed on bikes and riders that will follow the leaders of the different distances. The broadcast will maintain its interactive character with the spectators being able to participate in the same with their questions and comments and where they will also be able to choose which race camera they want to follow at any given moment.
Another differential aspect of the live broadcast of the fifteenth edition of the Transvulcania adidas TERREX will be the deployment of editors at different points of the race. Three professionals will serve live, from different points of the race, the minute by minute of the race so that the spectators do not miss any detail. In addition, this year the race will return to Las Deseadas, a place that is difficult to access due to the poor coverage of the location.
The Transvulcania adidas TERREX 2025 can be seen through the Facebook profile and the Youtube channel of the race as well as through the Transvulcania website and will give an important leap in quality to give another dimension to the streaming broadcasts of mountain races.
For its part, Televisión Canaria's coverage will include three and a half hours of live coverage during the decisive sections of the Ultramarathon, from 11:00 to 14:30. The coverage will be complemented with interviews at the finish line, real-time analysis and a special focus on the Canarian athletes.
Transvulcania adidas TERREX will also enter the television grid worldwide through an important post-race report that will be shown on 60 channels on the five continents, the product of a technical deployment without precedent in the mountain race segment that will serve to promote internationally not only the race, but also the island in general in terms of tourism.
