The Lustral Talent La Palma contest has already opened the registration period to select new musical talents from the island who want to perform on the main stage of the Lustral Fest 2025, the biggest musical event of the Bajada de la Virgen, which will be held on July 25th and 26th in the central venue. 

Organised by Sodepal, a public company of the Cabildo de La Palma, the competition is looking for a maximum of two artists, bands or DJs resident on La Palma, who will have the unique opportunity to share the bill with great stars of national and international music, such as Marc Anthony, Nicky Jam, Boza or Elena Rose, among many other artists. 

These are the requirements for participation 

Each candidate may submit up to two original pieces, with a maximum duration of five minutes per piece. Judging criteria will include the originality and creativity of the proposal; the musical and technical quality; the interpretation and staging capacity; and the potential for live performance.

The deadline for submitting applications is open until 15 July 2025 and those selected for Lustral Talent will perform on the main stage with remuneration for their participation, thus consolidating a firm commitment to making local talent visible and supporting it.
