More than 40 businesses will take part in the new edition of the La Palma Business and Trade Fair

The Fair will take place from 12 to 14 April in Los Llanos de Aridane to support the sector in the Valley.

The Cabildo de La Palma, through the public company Sodepal, has closed the registration period for the new edition of the La Palma Business and Trade Fair, which will take place on 12, 13 and 14 April in Llano Tesa, in Los Llanos de Aridane, with the aim of supporting the sector in this area of the island, which has been particularly affected socially and economically by the Tajogaite volcano. A total of 43 businesses have registered to take part in this important event.

The Councillor for Trade and Economic Promotion and CEO of Sodepal, Miriam Perestelo, points out that this is a space to promote trade and that it will allow to boost and give visibility to local entrepreneurship.

In addition, the councillor recalls that the aim of moving this year's Fair to the Valley is precisely to focus on the commercial recovery of the area, offering residents and visitors to enjoy a weekend full of activities for the whole family.

Fashion, sport and jewellery were some of the areas that joined the fair. In addition, the service sector also took part with beauty salons and hairdressers; the gastronomic sector; and the vehicle exhibition.

There will also be a recreational and cultural leisure area that will include activities for different age groups with the aim of attracting a larger number of consumers. Music is a fundamental element that forms part of this edition. On Friday and Saturday there will be two shows which, in turn, will include a vinyl space to liven up the fair for those attending.

The programme of activities will be published in the next few days and can be consulted at https://sodepal.es/feria-empresarial-y-comercial/
