Fotonature

FotoNature la Palma is organised by the Cabildo Insular de La Palma under the management of the public company SODEPAL. The event will take place throughout the year with various activities and workshops.

This is the oldest photography festival in the archipelago. A benchmark that has inspired other islands in the Atlantic and the Mediterranean.

FotoNature acts as a meeting point for amateurs and professionals of reference, specialists in different areas of the image, with a high component of exaltation to nature, but without forgetting other aspects of photography that seek the inspiration of the attendees.

This new edition aims to give FotoNature a boost, extending the event throughout the year with various workshops and activities.

Different activities related to the most interesting astronomical events that occur in the skies of La Palma (supermoons, comets, etc...) will also be incorporated into the project.

FotoNature also aims to explore new horizons that contribute to improving the photographic resources of those attending. To this end, this edition will be approached by photographers with recognised careers, all of whom are considered to be great specialists in their field.

As in all its editions, FotoNature will seek a balance between nature and other photographic specialities in order to broaden the range of knowledge that each speaker will impart in their respective Masterclass, in combination with the practical sessions.
