La Palma promotes innovation and the future of business at the 1st Congress on Commerce and Enterprise

The event will take place in the Plaza Bujaz in the municipality of Breña Alta and will feature speakers Emilio Duró and Elsa Punset, as well as workshops given by renowned experts. 

The Cabildo de La Palma, through the public company Sodepal and in collaboration with the Town Council of Breña Alta, starts this Thursday the I Congress of Commerce and Business that will take place from 17th to 19th October in the Plaza Bujaz.

This congress, part of the Isla Innova initiative, aims to boost the competitiveness and modernisation of the island's commercial and business fabric, providing key tools and knowledge on digital transformation, innovation and new business strategies.

The meeting will feature presentations by Emilio Duró and Elsa Punset, as well as workshops given by renowned experts in areas such as digitalisation, artificial intelligence applied to commerce and sustainability in business, providing a comprehensive and practical vision so that companies in Palma de Mallorca can adapt to the current challenges of the global market.

The congress is structured in several thematic sessions that will address the evolution of trade, new technologies applied to the sector, the impact of artificial intelligence, and digital marketing and sales strategies. There will also be networking spaces to encourage the creation of synergies between entrepreneurs on the island.
