Taste La Palma will have an outstanding participation in the prestigious "Madrid Fusión" Gastronomy Congress, considered one of the most influential congresses in the world.
MADRID FUSION will be held from 29 to 31 January at Ifema Madrid.
For this edition of MADRID FUSION we will have the cook Juan Carlos Curpa, head chef of the restaurant La Lonja, located on the Avenida Marítima in Santa Cruz de La Palma, and Jorge Cruz, head chef at the Rincón de Moraga restaurant in Los Llanos de Aridane.
